Yes. Sellers are required to list items that are clean and in good condition. Every listing includes multiple photos and a description of any quirks, so you know exactly what you're getting before you buy. If an item arrives in a condition that doesn't match the listing, our Buyer Protection has you covered.

All orders made through Raveival are covered by our Buyer Protection: get the item that was promised in the condition it was promised in, or you can receive a full refund.
We don’t disburse funds to your Seller until you’ve verified the order via the Your Purchases page. If there’s an issue with your order, file a Misrepresentation Claim within 72 hours of receiving the item or if you have been notified that your order has been lost in transit, within 72 hours of receiving such notification. If more than 72 hours have passed after delivery of the item, without receiving a verification or Claim, we will automatically verify your order and returns will no longer be possible.

Sign up, snap a few photos of your item, write a short description, and submit it for review. Once it sells, we email you a prepaid shipping label. After the buyer receives and verifies the item or 72 hours have passed (whichever comes first), you are paid 80% of the selling price through direct deposit.
